Carboneg and Agroplus2006 LLC signed an agreement on involvement in the long-term program of binding carbon in the soil in 2024

"Agroplus2006" LLC believes that participation in the carbon program not only reduces its carbon footprint to fight against global warming, but also prove the company's compliance with environmental standards, increases soil fertility, and shows a high level of social responsibility.

In advance, an assessment of the farm's compliance with the requirements of regenerative agriculture was carried out and participation in the program was approved. The farm has not use plowing in its fields instead using mini-till. There are plans to sow cover crops on short crops.

Soil samples have already been taken at the farm for organic carbon content, soil density and the results have been obtained from a certified laboratory. Issuance of carbon certificates and receipt of money for it takes place according to a repeated laboratory analysis after a year, where the quantitative accumulation of CO2 in the soil will be certified.
